As Senior Associate, Electrical Engineering, you will take ownership of complex building projects, strengthen trusted client relationships, and help build the next generation of engineering talent. Your daily impact

• Own key client relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact from kickoff through delivery.
• Lead with technical excellence by directing the design and review of electrical systems across diverse building projects.
• Stay close to the work through site visits, field reviews, and practical technical assessments.
• Bring teams together by coordinating seamlessly with architects, contractors, manufacturers, and distributors.
• Build what comes next by mentoring engineers and designers, with a clear path to managing a growing team.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• P.Eng. designation or eligibility in Ontario
• 7–10 years of electrical engineering consulting experience
• Client relationship management expertise
• Site visit and retrofit project experience
• Working knowledge of CAD and/or Revit

Salary range: $115 000 – $125 000 per year, with final compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, scope of the role and geographic location.
