A Brand Marketing Senior Associate in an Experience Desk leads the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies to enhance consumer engagement and brand loyalty. This role is responsible for creating and managing high-impact brand experiences across various channels and touchpoints, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and values. The individual in this role should have experience with all aspects of content creation and marketing campaign support and a deep understanding of end-to-end processes to support their team.

Key Outputs & Deliverables:

Campaign Support:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance.

Content Creation:

  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Consumer & Customer Intimacy:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the brand’s target audience, including demographics, psychographics, and behavioral drivers.
  • Utilize consumer insights and market research to shape brand experience strategies and initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to integrate consumer insights into all brand activities.
  • Conduct thorough market research to gather data on consumer behavior, preferences, and trends. Analyze this data to provide actionable insights that support brand strategy.

Brand Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement brand experience strategies that align with overall brand goals and drive consumer engagement.
  • Lead the creation and execution of brand campaigns, events, and activations that enhance brand loyalty.
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all consumer touchpoints, including digital, social media, and in-store experiences.
  • Track and report on brand performance metrics, such as market share, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to enhance brand presence.

Project Management:

  • Oversee multiple brand experience projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional brand experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of brand experience initiatives, providing strategic insights and recommendations for improvement

Commercial Excellence:

  • Develop business plans for new brand experience initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of brand experience programs.
  • Manage the handoff of new brand experience initiatives to relevant business partners for ongoing management.

Qualifications:

  • Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • MBA preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of brand management principles and practices.
  • Proven content creation and campaign skills.
  • Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and relevant marketing software.
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience developing strategic plans, such as communication campaigns or commercialization strategies.
  • Experience with content creation and marketing campaign support.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing high-impact brand campaigns and events.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems.
