ESG Reporting & Assurance brings this to life byprovidingsubject matterexpertiseon sustainability reporting tohelp clientsprotect and strengthensustainability-critical business reporting, from people to performance, systems to strategy and business risk to business resilience

Your day-to-day could include:

• Working closely with a range ofclientsand client engagement teamswhoreportin accordance witharange ofsustainabilityframeworkssuch asAotearoa New Zealand Climate Standardsand the Australian Sustainability ReportingStandards,often using the GHG Protocol and PCAF measurement standards

• Supportingengagement teamsas a subject matter expert as they deliverboth limited and reasonable assurance engagements ofclients’sustainabilityreportsin accordance withInternational Auditing Standards (ISAE(NZ)3000/3410)andISSA (NZ)5000

• Building strong relationships with clientsand our community ofPwC’sglobal subject matter experts

• Staying ahead of reporting trends, challenges in sustainability reporting and working with other subject matter experts,clientsand auditors to solve complexreportingproblems andidentifypragmatic solutions.

• 3+ years of work experiencefor a large, globalauditing firm oraconsultingfirmfocused on greenhouse gas emissionsin accordance withthe GHG Protocolandothersustainability reporting or assurance

• A strong interest and willingness to develop yoursustainabilityreporting knowledge and experienceas an expert in this field

• A relevantBachelor'squalification in accounting, sustainabilityor aclosely-relatedsubject.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Sustainability reporting is an evolving area. We are looking for candidates who are exciting by the challenge of a new area, and who are able to work on technical and complex matters independently(with guidance and support from the SR&A broader team), useinformationavailableand applyjudgmenttofindsolutionswhere the answers are not always clear
