Our client is a Leading Finance Company, they are currently seeking for an Associate (Human Resources) to join their team.

Associate (Human Resources)

Responsibilities:

• To provide support to various HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, staff training and employee relations.
• To prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports.
• To provide administrative and office support.
• To work on various HR projects as assigned from time to time.

• Degree holder in Business, Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• Relevant working experience in human resources management is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, meticulous, and self-motivated.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
