Our client is a Leading Finance Company, they are currently seeking for a Senior Associate / Associate (Customer Service) to join their team.

Senior Associate / Associate (Customer Service)

Responsibilities:

To provide quality customer inquiries, requests and complaints
Maintain and update customer information upon request
Other ad hoc administrative and customer service tasks as required

Requirements:

Higher Diploma / Degree holder
1-3 years relevant experience in Banking & Finance preferable
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Chinese typing
Excellent customer service attitude
Good interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in Cantonese and English
Mandarin is a definitive advantage
Detail-minded and customer-oriented
