What’s the role?
You’ll play a key role supporting Global Transaction Services clients by working closely with Senior Sales Managers to support their bid management, deal flow and sales activity. This role is primarily designed to provide enablement, execution, coordination and sales administrative support to those leaders — it is not a standalone sales role. You’ll help with sales admin, keep client portfolios running smoothly by coordinating internal processes, maintaining sales governance activities and supporting pricing, risk, documentation and approval requirements.
Your focus will be on supporting leaders to progress portfolio activity and deal management, including end-to-end deal lifecycle coordination, pricing, solutioning, internal approvals and stakeholder follow-up. You will partner closely with them to help progress new business, client requests and transformation opportunities across their portfolios.
You’ll also have the opportunity to independently manage a small portfolio of clients while building your skills and experience. If you’re interested in launching your career longer term career within transaction banking sales, this position provides a strong pathway, with an expected commitment of at least 18–24 months in the ATRM role.
This is a permanent, Sydney based opportunity with a minimum of three days in the office each week to connect with the wider team.
