We are a badged partner of Meta, Snapchat, TikTok & others, with entities in India, UAE, Singapore & US. The Role This is a hands-on, individual contributor role. You will own day-to-day finance, drive our external accounting partner to deliver on time & build processes that make finance run smoothly. We want someone who does the work themselves & doesn't wait for instructions. This is a Mumbai-based hybrid role. Work is mostly remote, with in-person days at our Mumbai coworking space as needed roughly 8 days a month. What You Will Own Accounting & Close Monthly book closure with accurate, timely records Bank, Stripe, Payment gateway & vendor reconciliations Invoicing, credit notes & subscription management in Zoho Books & Zoho Billing Vendor payments as per company policy AR Management Own collections end to end: ageing, follow-ups, customer reconciliations & dispute resolution Weekly AR tracking & escalation of overdue accounts Compliance Statutory compliance across India, UAE, Singapore & US entities: GST, TDS, VAT, Corporate Tax & other filings, in coordination with external consultants Audit support & query resolution External Partner Management Manage our outsourced accounting firm: assign work, track deadlines, review output & escalate delays Act as the single point of contact between Datahash & external consultants Process & SOP Document finance processes & build SOPs for recurring activities Identify gaps & fix them, not just report them MIS & Reporting Monthly MIS & reports for management Maintain finance trackers & the data room Happy to do any work in finance & accounts, from management presentations to basic data entry, without needing it to match a title Requirements CA Inter with 6+ years of hands-on accounting experience Working knowledge of statutory compliance across India, UAE, Singapore & US Hands-on Zoho Books experience Good Excel skills: pivots, lookups, formulas & clean report formats Comfort using AI tools (Claude) to work faster Experience managing external CA firms or consultants Benefits Mostly remote with flexible hours ESOP Health cover for you & family Annual offsite
