✅ Perform quality reviews for Corporates, Foundations/Charities, Institutional Investors, Designated Bodies, and other entity types in line with AML policies and regulatory guidelines.
✅ Review and assess AML/KYC documentation and identify remediation requirements.
✅ Provide quality feedback, coaching, and guidance to associates.
✅ Conduct screening using tools such as World-Check, LexisNexis, Pythagoras, or similar platforms.
✅ Review FATCA/CRS documentation and U.S. tax forms (W-9, W-8BEN, W-8IMY, Withholding Statements, etc.).
✅ Ensure timely completion of remediation activities and maintenance of investor records.
✅ Prepare reports and MIS within defined timelines.
✅ Collaborate effectively with internal teams while maintaining high-quality standards.
✔ 1–10 years of relevant experience in AML/KYC, Transfer Agency, or Financial Services.
✔ Strong understanding of IFSCA AML Guidance.
✔ Knowledge of AML regulations across jurisdictions such as Cayman, Delaware, Australia, Ireland, Bermuda, etc.
✔ Prior Transfer Agency processing experience is mandatory.
✔ Experience with FATCA/CRS reviews and investor onboarding.
✔ Strong analytical, research, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or related field preferred.
✔ Flexible to work in shifts as per business requirements.
