FP1 i is looking for a Senior Associate to join its growing Digital Advertising team. The ideal candidate will have experience with digital advertising placements on platforms like Facebook or Google, familiarity with basic KPIs for digital campaigns, and an eagerness to learn and expand their capabilities.The ideal candidate will have at least two years of online advertising experience, excellent attention to detail and a can-do attitude.

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with a hybrid schedule that includes both in-office and remote work. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and is eligible for overtime pay.
The budgeted salary is $62,000 and there is an opportunity for a year-end bonus. Medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance. We also offer a paid parental leave program, paid vacation and paid sick leave. In addition, we have a work from home hybrid environment.
