Role Purpose

Senior Associate – Administration & Facilities (Technical) is responsible for end-to-end administration, facilities, and technical operations for a standalone R1 site. This role integrates strong electrical engineering expertise with administrative leadership to ensure compliant, efficient, and cost-effective workplace operations in an IT/ITES environment.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities & Technical Engineering Operations

  • Oversee low-side and high-side equipment including HVAC, electrical panels (LT/HT), DG sets, UPS and fire systems

  • Ensure adherence to Planned Preventive Maintenance schedules

  • Troubleshoot breakdowns and conduct root cause analysis

  • Drive energy management and efficiency initiatives

  • Supervise repairs, refurbishments, and minor projects

  • Maintain technical documentation and logs

Administration & Workplace Operations

  • Manage housekeeping, cafeteria, security, front office, parking and visitor management

  • Supervise employee transport operations for 750+ staff

  • Address and resolve employee facility concerns

  • Coordinate fire drills, audits, and emergency preparedness

  • Support leadership visits, audits and client engagements

Vendor, AMC & Contract Management

  • Manage AMC/CAMC contracts and DLP tracking

  • Support vendor selection, negotiation and finalization

  • Assist Procurement with RFP/RFQ processes

  • Track SLAs and conduct vendor performance reviews

Asset, Compliance & SOP Management

  • Maintain asset registers and compliance documentation

  • Develop and implement SOPs for facilities and admin functions

  • Ensure audit readiness and statutory compliance

People Management & Reporting

  • Hire, train and manage supervisors, engineers and maintenance staff

  • Coordinate with IT, security and internal stakeholders

  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports

  • Support budget planning and cost control

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)

  • 6+ years of experience in Administration & Facilities within IT/ITES or large corporate environments
