Senior AssociateWe are seeking a Project Management professional to support the planning, monitoring, and execution of residential, commercial, township, and mixed-use real estate projects. The role involves project monitoring, site inspections, cost estimation, budgeting, bill certification, compliance review, risk assessment, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery in line with regulatory and industry standards.
About the Role:
Manage and monitor residential, commercial, township, and mixed-use real estate projects.
Review development regulations, statutory approvals, and building approval processes.
Prepare project cost estimates, BOQs, budgets, and cash flow projections.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance.
Review construction schedules, contracts, procurement status, and bill certifications.
Monitor project financials, including sales MIS, collections, escrow accounts, and deal covenants.
Evaluate project risks and provide recommendations for effective project execution.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, environmental, and safety regulations.
Support end-to-end execution of assignments while maintaining high-quality deliverables and process efficiency.
About you:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; MBA in Construction Management or Real Estate preferred.
2–3 years of experience in project management, construction monitoring, or bill certification within the Indian real estate sector.
Strong understanding of construction project management principles and real estate development.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex business and financial data.
Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Hands-on experience with project planning tools such as MSP (Microsoft Project) and/or Primavera.
Knowledge of financial concepts related to project budgeting, cost estimation, and cash flow analysis.
Willingness to work full-time from project sites as required.
