  • Ensure a seamless transition from shortlisting to client presentations, offering actionable insights and recommendations.

Client Management

  • Lead weekly client meetings to deliver detailed progress updates, incorporate feedback, and refine search strategies to ensure alignment with client goals.

  • Build trust and credibility with senior client stakeholders by serving as a strategic advisor throughout the search process.

  • Provide candidates with clear guidance and support at every stage of the process, fostering strong relationships and maintaining high levels of candidate intimacy.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and candidates, ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and transparency.

Process Leadership

  • Oversee the entire search process, including market mapping, candidate engagement, client communication, and offer negotiation.

  • Guide candidates through all stages of the recruitment process, managing expectations and supporting successful outcomes.

  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.

Relationship Building

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

  • Expand trusted relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with advanced degrees preferred.

  • 3-7+ years of experience in executive/professional search or a client-facing consulting role, demonstrating success in managing complex projects.

  • Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to synthesize complex insights into actionable recommendations, exemplifying high emotional intelligence, accountability, self-awareness, focused curiosity, and resilience in high-pressure environments.
