Perform audit service delivery –
Lead service delivery for assigned DPP Groups, demonstrating deep understanding of DPP-specific procedures.
Provide clarifications, training, and mentoring to associates in a timely manner.
Plan, perform, and deliver work independently and guide the team through execution.
Ensure optimal utilization of self and team throughout the year.
Identify additional areas of work within DPP Groups and transition them to GDC.
Exhibit professionalism, industry competence, and clear communication when interacting with Engagement Teams (ET).
Participate in and facilitate DPP trainings to develop self and others.
Manage people –
Develop and assist in training associates; foster a learning-oriented environment.
Monitor and supervise team’s progress, providing timely performance feedback.
Act as a performance manager to mentor and coach professionals on career advancement.
Promote GDC culture and encourage collaboration among diverse professionals to bring out the best in everyone.

Mandatory technical & functional skills
Good understanding of latest developments in audit standards, attestation standards, and technical accounting/financial reporting standards.
Excellent MS Excel skills and working knowledge of MS Office.
Proficiency in Power BI and Alteryx will be an advantage
Strong English communication skills (oral & written) and effective audit documentation abilities.
Strong project management, leadership, coaching, and supervisory skills.
Effective interpersonal, risk management, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Educational qualifications
Post Graduate MBA/M.Com in Finance and Accounting from reputed institute. Certification in PMP (Project management Professional) will be an advantage
Work experience
4 – 6 years of experience in project management/ operations preferably with any big 4 firms
Responsible for demonstrate basic accounting and auditing knowledge and manage multiple Projects, containing several work streams, of moderate complexity to the agreed time and quality standards
