Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end certification process.
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
• Work with appropriate departments to ensure that applications from companies are complete, clear and consistent to obtain required certifications.
• Ensure that all processes and policies facilitate and comply with standards required for certification.
• Assist in overall certification process and conduct required audit to ensure completion of certification qualifying criteria.
• Engage strongly and collaboratively with applicant companies to ensure their full understanding of certification requirements from the outset to maximise their compliance with standards.
• Meet with relevant representatives to inspect systems and procedures to check their capacity to comply with certification standards and to record and report accurate data ensuring the integrity in reporting.
• Resolve with the licensee or certification concerned on any non-compliances and other problems with incomplete, inaccurate or inconsistent documentation.
• Liaise with appointed independent inspectors to ensure that timely on-site inspections are conducted efficiently and provide information to licensees and inspectors as required.
• Analyse independent inspection reports and issue compliance notices, addressing all non-compliances with appropriate corrective actions.
• Present reports to the Certification Committee on inspection results and compliance issues.
• Create and maintain accurate paper based and computerised data records to support management information reporting, ensuring the data is accurate and updated regularly.
• Assist in the handling of enquiries received by the Certification Committee and ensure these are dealt with promptly, efficiently and courteously either personally or by reference to another team member as appropriate.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
• A degree in the related job field.
• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
