Roles & responsibilities
Responsible to manage multiple Projects, containing several work streams, of moderate complexity to the agreed time and quality standards
Pro-actively investing in generating quality client relationships and understanding the broader business needs, lead on projects delivering high quality work on time and as per budgets.
Ensure that the work is planned, organized, and performed by self and team members to meet defined SLAs.
Take a supervisory step to review the deliverables assigned to team and demonstrate business acumen in the project
Develop the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps
Identify challenges in the project upfront and raise them with managers and Engagement Team on time to ensure quality and timeliness
Proposing realistic, creative solutions and improvements to current practices
Showing a personal commitment to understanding and meeting various requirements from business
Adapting to and embraces new technologies and systems
Demonstrating curiosity and open mindedness to new ideas, approaches and perspectives and contributing to innovation.
Ccontribute to Engagement Management objectives, provide thought leadership by researching trends and implementing best practices to take the project a success

Mandatory technical & functional skills
Audit and accounting knowledge
Advanced skill in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong English communication skills (Oral & Written)
Excellent knowledge in PowerBi and Alteryx would be an advantage
Should possess strong project management, leadership, coaching counselling, and supervisory skills

Educational qualifications
Post Graduate MBA/M.Com in Finance and Accounting from reputed institute. Certification in PMP (Project management Professional) will be an advantage
Work experience
4 – 5 years of experience in project management/ operations preferably with any big 4 firms
