Job Description

1. Report to Supply Chain Lead / Production Lead
2. Perform operations in SAP such as movement of parts/components
3. Receive, check and mark parts/components before batching into warehouse
4. Place and sort parts/components in the warehouse
5. Issue and pick parts/components upon request
6. Pack selected parts/components
7. Maintain SAP inventory plant and stock level of components
8. Prepare documents and coordinates with freight forwarders on cargo arrangement
9. Conduct annual stocktake
10. Manage documentation processes, including filing and uploading documents into folders
11. Perform other related warehousing or Ad-hoc jobs assigned by the Supply Chain Lead / Production Lead

Requirements

1. O level; Higher Nitec/Polytechnic in International Logistics or equivalent
2. Able to communicate in English effectively
3. Able to work both independently and in a team
4. Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
5. Strong sense of responsibility with initiative
6. Positive work attitude, reliability and diligent
7. Proficient in SAP knowledge – advantage
