Job Description

  1. Go-to-Market Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with growth office, solutions, digi -E and product teams to create and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
    • Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine product offerings and messaging.
  2. Value creation:
    • Understanding client need and ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Enabling value creation for EXL based on our pricing and implementation strategy.
    • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to keep clients informed about product developments and industry trends.
    • The ideal candidate will help define and deliver client KPI and metrics that matter.
  3. Co-ordination across Teams:
    • Enable Demos and value creation for new prospects and clients.
    • Facilitate communication between clients, the market team, and technology developers to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
    • Help translate client requirements into technical specifications for the technology team.
  4. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitive landscape.
    • Evaluate and recommend new market opportunities to enhance product reach.
  5. Performance Monitoring:
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of go-to-market initiatives.
    • Gather and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement in services and products.

Skillset Required Skills - SME in Health Care Analytics, Experience in Cloud & NLP Technologies, Deep Knowledge on Claims & Payments Lifecycle in US Healthcare

Skills Must Have

• Strong US Healthcare Experience.

• Good knowledge of SQL.

• Knowledge of tools like Jira, Visio, Draw.io etc.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in enabling solutions in client environment.

• Strong Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance like Hi-trust.

• Experienced in client delivery and managing client expectations and business outcomes.

• Proven experience in client engagement, market analysis, and strategy development.

• Experienced in Product Management and Cloud Migration strategies



Skills Nice to Have

• Experience on Big Data Tools – not limited to – Python, Spark + Python, HIVE, HBASE, Sqoop, CouchDB, MongoDB, MS SQL, Cassandra, Kafka

• Knowledge of Data Analysis Tools – (Online analytical processing (OLAP), ETL frameworks)

• Knowledge of Enterprise modeling tool and data integration platform (Erwin, Embarcadero, Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DataStage, Pentaho)

• Knowledge of Enterprise business intelligence platform (Tableau, PowerBI, Business Objects, Microstrategy, Cognos)

• Knowledge of Enterprise data warehousing platform (Oracle, Microsoft, DB2, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)

Working Hours General Shift – 8AM to 5 PM

Will be required to extend as per project release needs

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from top tier colleges with good grades, preferably in a relevant field including Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent experience
