APM Terminals

Profile- Inventory Supervisor Responsibility:

Prior Work Experience in SAP Must •Plan a Daily Inventory processes

•Resource Planning •Conduct Daily connect meeting •Ensure Daily Cycle count and reconciliations •Align the team to achieve the set targets •Coordinate with Inbound and Outbound Executive on Inventory and bin related needs / issues •Drive the inventory processes – Daily Cycle count and reconciliation, Empty bin check, Replenishment, Bin consolidation, Random audit of Picking and Putaway processes, Drive periodic wall to wall stock take •Regular Audits and reviews with key stakeholders •Inventory MIS Key Matrices •Achieve Inventory KPI •Ensure Bin accuracy, Inventory accuracy •Conduct Daily Cycle Count activities •Drive Product Care in the bin •Reconciliation between system and Physical Inventory •Regular Bin condensation and Replenishment •Drive periodic stock take at site •Do the RCA and CAPA for discrepencies • Zero Harm, Zero Defect, Zero Waste Operations •Daily Briefing of Team on Floor •Solving operational issue •Prioritizing activities to achieve TAT •Problem Solving •Co-ordinating with other departments for Manpower availabilities. •Prepare Everyday Inventory Plan. •Resource deployment •Tracking all the activities like bin consolidation, put away audit, picking audit etc. •Daily Briefing of Team on Floor •Problem Solving •Co-ordinating with other departments for Manpower availabilities. •Daily cycle count •Picking & Putaway •Empty bin •Bin consolidation
