The framework further works in linking teachers career progression with their classroom performance; allowing for dual pathways to excel as a teacher or leader; integrating evidence of teacher’s performance indicators; improving teachers motivation; and introducing teaching licenses. In short that aim of the framework is to establish a system of transparent, competency-based career system for the teachers of Balochistan.This is a grant-funded contractual position.Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to:provide overall administrative support by maintaining meeting calendars, preparing work schedules, arranging travel itineraries, and managing required resources and stationeryorganise and execute logistics, venues, and communications for meetings, workshops, trainings, and official visits; provide on-site support and prepare official meeting minutesmanage professional communications via phone and email with internal project teams, research specialists, and external clients.This is a grant-funded contractual position.Responsibilities:

Requirements:

You should have:a BS in Social Sciences or B.Ed. from a reputable national or international universityat least one year of experience, preferably in performing tasks related to day-to-day project operationsgood interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal English and Urduskills in preparing work schedules and itinerariesskills in organising events, including logistics and communicationproficiency in MS Office and Excel.Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
