Position

輸出支援プラットフォーム運営担当リーダー（農林水産・食品分野）【派遣社員】

Location

アドミラルティ（場合によっては外勤することもある。）

Job Responsibilities

• 日本産農林水産物・食品輸出支援プラットフォーム事業の企画立案、執行、および運営管理。
• プロジェクトに関わる事務作業全般。
• 委託事業者との円滑な連絡・調整業務。
• 香港現地のインポーター、ディストリビューター、小売店、プロモーション会社等へのヒアリングやミーティングの実施。
• 食品規制等の調査、翻訳、および関連情報の整理。
• 必要に応じた外勤業務のサポート。

Requirements

• 言語能力： 日本語ネイティブレベル（日本の中小企業支援が主目的のため）、および高度な英語力（食品規則の翻訳や現地企業との交渉が可能なレベル）。
• PCスキル： Excel（表計算・グラフ・データ分析）、Word、PowerPointが堪能であること。
• 経験・知識： 食品関係の業務経験、または大学等で食品関連の学問を専攻していた方は歓迎いたします。
• 資質： 明るく誠実で、協調性があり、指示を正確に理解・実行できる方。
• 管理能力： セルフマネジメントができ、高いビジネスマナーを身につけている方。
• 健康状態： 心身ともに健康で業務に励める方。

Position

Export Support Platform Operations Leader (Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries & Food Sector) 【Dispatch Employee】

Location

Admiralty (Fieldwork/off-site duties may be required in some cases.)

Job Responsibilities

• Planning, execution, and operational management of the "Japan-produced Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries, and Food Export Support Platform" project.
• General administrative tasks related to the project.
• Smooth communication and coordination with outsourced contractors/service providers.
• Conducting hearings and meetings with local Hong Kong importers, distributors, retailers, and promotion agencies.
• Researching and translating food regulations and organizing related information.
• Providing support for field assignments and off-site duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Native-level Japanese (to support Japanese SMEs) and high-level English (sufficient for translating food regulations and negotiating with local Hong Kong companies).
• PC Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (spreadsheets, charts, and data analysis), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience/Knowledge: Experience in the food industry or a university degree in a food-related field is highly welcomed.
• Soft Skills: A bright, sincere, and cooperative personality with the ability to accurately understand and execute instructions.
• Management: Strong self-management skills and high-level professional business etiquette.
• Health: Physically and mentally fit to perform duties diligently.
