Job Description

Repsonsibities

  • Assist in formulating and implementing the company's digital finance plan for its service areas, including material supply, asset management, general affairs management, security management, and green operations (ESG).
  • Responsible for implementing digitalization tasks and initiatives for the service management of Southeast Asian institutions.
  • Responsible for streamlining the company's service area business architecture, assisting in planning application architecture, and assisting in implementing data and technical architecture.
  • Assist in formulating data standards for the company's service areas and conducting data resource management and data governance.
  • Assist in the intelligent application and management of various business areas within the company's services.
  • Responsible for preventing technological risks in the company's service areas.
  • Undertake the company's service area business architecture and its changes, and optimize and improve the application system layout.
  • Responsible for departmental IT budget management and IT project initiation management.
  • Liaise with various business areas within the company's services and organize the compilation of IT project business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in computer science, communications, or artificial intelligence.
  • At least 2 year or more of experience in information technology (IT) management or related professional work.
  • Strong understanding of vendor management, procurement processes, and contract administration
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with confidence engaging across all levels of an organization
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Putonghua)
