In Nederland richten wij ons op het managen van grote infraprojecten zoals HSL Zuid, A9 Gaasperdammertunnel, A27-A1 en A27 Houten Hooipolder Zuid. We werken vaak in consortiumverband en hebben langlopende contracten waarin we verantwoordelijk zijn voor zowel de bouw als het onderhoud (asset management).
Jouw rol als Asset Manager
Als Asset Manager ben jij de spil in het beheer en onderhoud van civiele, werktuigbouwkundige, elektrische en wegenbouwkundige assets. Je zorgt voor een effectief en efficiënt assetmanagement en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Projectdirecteur. Samen met jouw team borg je veiligheid, beschikbaarheid en kwaliteit binnen het afgesproken budget.
