ASRC Federal Data Networks, Inc is seeking a Logistics Analyst with a minimum of a Secret clearance to support the F-35 Joint Program Office’s efforts to become auditable through inventory accountability. This individual will be a part of a team that will travel to F-35 locations across the globe to conduct inventories and complete reports. This individual may be required to travel approximately 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to various F-35 locations across the world to conduct wall-to-wall inventories and/or various existence and completeness sampling
  • Conducts internal and external property audits, develops, recommends, and implements property administration policies for financial and operation purposes
  • Prepare reports that articulate findings from wall-to-wall inventories and site visits
  • Conduct research and transact in Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) to ensure inventory is accurate
  • Adhere to supply policies and procedures, DoD property accounting, stock and inventory control, accountability and responsibility, principles of property accounting through manual or automated data processing (ADP), storage methods, warehouse control (receipt, issue, and disposal), materiel handling techniques, methods of preparing and maintaining supply records, manual and automated supply accounting
  • Prepare and maintain documentation and records associated with inventory or audit actions
  • Assist in disposal of assets at the direction of the F-35 JPO team
  • Provide support and analysis of lost property, including investigative research
  • Interact with site employees to understand their internal location of inventory
  • Participate in site-specific meetings that drive towards progress to plan
  • Keep ASRC Federal project leadership team abreast of any issues of potential impact to achievement of contract deliverables or accomplishment of client mission.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and on-the-job safety requirements.
  • Provide continuous improvement mindset with willingness to contribute to process improvements
  • Analyze reports and records activities, reports inefficiencies to supervisors and recommends corrective actions to improve operations
  • Compute and accumulates data for use in analysis

Qualifications

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Requires experience in DoD or commercial warehouse environment, to include inventories of on-hand assets.
  • Must be self-motivated, have strong attention to detail, good oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be in good physical condition and able to travel. Must have valid state-issued vehicle operator’s license.

Education and Experience: The following are desirable levels of experience:

  • Five (5) years’ experience in DOD or commercial services logistics, supply and physical material inventory procedures.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of relevant work experience

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have an Active DoD Secret clearance. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered.
  • Must be a US Citizen.

The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation:

  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
  • Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
