Job Description

Citycare Property is looking for a Senior Asset Information Analyst to lead the capture, governance, and continuous improvement of asset and geospatial information. This role partners with operational and project teams to ensure asset data is accurate, fit for purpose, and aligned to customer and organisational needs. You’ll play a key role in enabling smarter asset decisions that support communities across Aotearoa.

• What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga
• Lead asset and GIS data capture initiatives including asset mapping, condition data and as-built information
• Translate customer and operational needs into clear data standards, workflows and acceptance criteria
• Design and maintain data capture tools and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain and enhance GIS datasets, spatial analysis and reporting outputs
• Develop and uphold asset information architecture, data models and quality assurance processes
• Monitor data quality, run audits, and drive continuous improvement
• Create documentation, guidance and training to lift data capability across the business
• Support consistent asset information updates across the full asset lifecycle

What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Ko:
• Proven experience in asset information management or GIS focused roles
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to simplify complex data requirements
• Experience leading or coordinating data capture, validation or improvement projects
• Sound knowledge of GIS concepts, spatial data structures and data quality control
• Experience with Esri platforms, field data capture tools and data automation is highly regarded
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience
