Job Description

We are looking for a professional with experience in aircraft manufacturing to work in manufacturing and process engineering, focusing on aerostructure assembly and technical support to production.

Key responsibilities

  • Review and update production routings and manufacturing methods for aircraft structures.
  • Support the resolution of deviations and nonconformities by proposing technical solutions and conducting root cause analyses.
  • Work closely with production and quality teams on the shop floor, providing guidance to operators and supporting process improvements.
  • Prepare and review procedures and technical documentation, and participate in audits.
  • Liaise with teams in Sweden to discuss solutions and submit them for approval.

Essential requirements

  • A degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Production, or Civil Engineering, with relevant experience for the role.
  • Experience with MRB (Material Review Board), particularly in proposing solutions and determining dispositions for nonconformities.
  • Experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or technical support to aircraft production.
  • Experience in aerostructure assembly and reviewing production routings.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tolerances.
  • Experience in handling nonconformities and applying root cause analysis tools.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word, and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently on technical matters and collaborate effectively with production and quality teams.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in developing production routings from scratch.
  • Experience in presenting technical proposals to international design teams.
