We are therefore looking for a Senior Weight Art Director. Must have 8 years' experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a senior creative you will help lead our passionate, multi-talented studio, guiding junior members to deliver, and encourage exceptional integrated concepts that exceed client briefs and expectations.
A Senior Art Director is an important contact point in our agency. You must be accountable and responsible for your work – from start to finish. We are not an agency of micro-managers, proactive thinkers are rewarded for taking charge. You must be craft-led, strategically driven, media agnostic, agile and consistently conceptual, with strong a desire to transform brands by creating exceptional, intuitive, and human-centred products and experiences.
The successful candidate must be tuned into all aspects of Pan African popular culture and the platforms and media it plays in. As well as have a exceptionally strong point of view on what it takes to win in this space, with the experience to back it up. Immaculate art direction ability and presentation is paramount, and the skills to craft the work.
Must be able to work on multiple sizable projects at any one time whilst growing the juniors below them. Must be comfortable running projects independently and efficiently.
