Visual craft matters Especially when creativity has to work within clear rules and global expectations.

As a Senior Art Director, you are a visual storyteller who knows how to create bold, culturally relevant ideas — even in highly structured and regulated client environments. You bring strong conceptual thinking and visual leadership to campaigns that need to scale globally without losing their impact.

You’ll work alongside strategists, copywriters and clients to shape ideas that are not only visually striking, but also precise, responsible and executable. This role is about balancing creative ambition with discipline, collaboration and a calm, professional approach.


Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute campaign-level visual ideas across digital, print, social, film and experiential platforms
  • Develop visually strong solutions within strict brand, legal and regulatory frameworks
  • Partner closely with copywriters to craft cohesive, original brand stories
  • Translate abstract strategic thinking into clear, compelling visual systems
  • Pitch and present creative ideas internally and to senior, global clients with confidence and clarity
  • Navigate feedback with maturity — staying client-friendly, constructive and composed
  • Protect the core creative idea while remaining open to iteration and collaboration
  • Guide and inspire junior creatives and design teams with a supportive, ego-free leadership style
  • Maintain brand integrity and visual consistency across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, production and account teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Use AI tools as part of the creative workflow — for exploration, inspiration and efficiency, not as a shortcut
  • Stay ahead of cultural, visual and design trends while keeping work grounded and relevant


Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience as an Art Director in a creative or advertising agency
  • Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual, campaign-level thinking and visual excellence
  • Experience working with global brands and corporate client environments
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or similar tools
  • Sharp eye for layout, typography, color and visual storytelling
  • Confidence presenting and discussing work with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure while keeping a cool head
  • Collaborative, ego-free mindset with openness to feedback
  • Professional, calm and solution-oriented approach in complex situations
