Sales & Market Growth
Achieveregion-wise sales targets (value & volume) with YoY growth.
Improve crop-wise, product-wise, and territory-wise market share.
Drive focus product, specialty portfolio, and new market opportunities.
Profitability & Budget Control
Maximize net realization and profitable product mix.
DeliverPOtargets (Sales, Liquidation and Collection).
Control selling & promotional expenses within budget norms.
Credit & Collections
Maintain healthy debtor days and improve cash sales %.
Ensuretimelycollections and minimizepast dues
Monitor monthly collection targets vs achievement.
Depot & Inventory Management
Maintainoptimalinventory (season & off-season).
Reduce expiry, near-expiry stocks, and value loss.
Ensure smooth stock movement and higher inventory turnover.
Distribution & Channel Development
Identifycoverage, distributor, and dealer gaps.
Appoint, develop, andmonitorA gradedistributors/dealersbased on their financial strength and past performance.
Strengthenretailer networkand channel productivity, increasing share of wallet.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and monitorSales Coordinators&Market DevelopmentOfficers.
