We are seeking a Senior Area Director to provide hands-on leadership, oversight, and strategic execution across assigned residential and/or day program services. This field-based role plays a critical part in driving compliance, quality outcomes, operational performance, and team development across multiple markets.
Under the direction of the Regional Vice President (RVP), the Senior Area Director ensures safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery across assigned programs (group homes, host homes, and/or day programs). This leader translates organizational strategy into measurable regional outcomes while maintaining a reduced caseload to focus on leadership responsibilities.
The SAD serves as a regional mentor and operational partner to Area Directors and Day Program Managers, fostering consistency, collaboration, census growth, and excellence in person-centered services.
This role requires regular on-site visits within assigned markets.
