The studio takes on a diverse mix of industrial, commercial, residential, and institutional projects, with a portfolio that's roughly 80% renovations and additions and 20% ground-up new construction. The culture is fast-paced but quiet and comfortable, low-ego and collaborative, with staff regularly helping each other out on code, detailing, and Revit questions. This is a no hire-and-fire environment; the firm is looking to build long-term relationships with its team.Why is this role open:
The firm is losing a senior team member after more than 14 years. They are looking for someone else that can fit into the team long-term.
