What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means producing clear, accurate, and buildable documentation that supports every stage of the home‑building journey. You’ll be the person others rely on for precision, problem solving, and technical expertise, someone who can translate design intent into documentation that construction teams trust. Your experience will directly shape the homes and communities we deliver throughout SA!

You’ll work collaboratively across Design, Estimating, and Construction, ensuring plans are compliant, coordinated, and aligned with client expectations. You’ll contribute to a smooth workflow, help elevate drafting standards, and play an important role in improving processes and driving outcomes across the team.

Is This You?

You’re a skilled Draftsperson or Architectural professional who thrives on precision, problem‑solving, and producing high‑quality residential documentation.

You bring:

• Australian or NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency
• A Certificate/Diploma in Building Design & Drafting or a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• 8+ years’ experience in the Australian residential or medium‑density sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Building Code of Australia, NCC, and relevant standards.
• Proven experience in the residential /medium density, construction industry.
• High proficiency in ArchiCAD desirable.
• The ability to interpret and coordinate engineering, structural, wastewater, energy, and
  external drafting documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence collaborating with Design, Estimating,
  Construction, and external consultants.
• Strong time‑management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to self‑check your work.
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to mentor others within the team
