We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead architectural design, project execution, and delivery management across residential, hospitality, and institutional projects. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design sensibility with technical execution capabilities and can manage projects from concept to completion with precision and attention to detail.

The role involves overseeing architectural planning, coordinating with consultants and stakeholders, ensuring build-ready documentation, and driving seamless project execution. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, functional, and technically sound architectural solutions while mentoring junior team members and maintaining high design standards.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and development for villas, residences, cafés, and institutional projects
• Manage projects end-to-end from concept design to execution and final delivery
• Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, construction documentation, and technical deliverables
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely project completion
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and build-readiness of all design and execution documents
• Conduct design reviews and resolve technical and execution-related challenges
• Integrate computational thinking and modern design workflows into project execution
• Oversee project timelines, resource planning, and coordination across multiple stakeholders
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members
• Collaborate closely with leadership teams to align project deliverables with business and design objectives
• Maintain high standards of design clarity, technical detailing, and execution precision
