Are you a dynamic Senior Architect/Senior Architectural Designer with an innovative portfolio to match? Are you looking to gain experience across a range of global projects? We are looking for a Senior Architect/Senior Architectural Designer with Hospitality experience and expertise in hotel design and planning to join our London studio and be a part of our exciting, growing hospitality team on a permanent basis.

What we are looking for

• Present as a talented designer, with a portfolio that showcases great creativity and innovative thinking.
• Hospitality experience (hotel design and planning) required.
• Degree in related design field or equivalent certification or skill level; professional registration or equivalent is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in the design and/or delivery of mixed-use developments either in the UK or internationally.
• Advanced capability in both Rhino and Revit is essential. Grasshopper would be advantageous.
• Strong modelling capability and experience with AI image generation.
• Proficiency in scripting or visual programming tools such as Rhino/Grasshopper, Dynamo, or Python for design automation and optimisation.
• Proficiency with computer applications commonly used such as Adobe Suite.
• Ability to work both collaboratively, and with autonomy as required.
• Strong communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design Expertise

• Deliver high quality design work, engaging others with your creative and innovative thinking.

• Proven capability in hotel design and planning from hotel feasibility to detailed design stages.

Project Delivery

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of the design process and project brief, supporting the preparation of the project deliverables and other activities related to the project development.

• Deliver high quality work with limited guidance, demonstrating developed design and technical skills.

• Manage and co-ordinate with consultants on the relevant stages of the project.

Team Membership

• Act as a team player, actively seeking feedback and demonstrating a positive attitude towards work and team activities.

• Support company-wide initiatives and proactively seek feedback.

Client Relationships

• Respond positively towards clients and consultants.

• Provide support to senior team members with client presentations and meetings as required.

Budget Control

• Recognise the importance of the project budget and seeks to develop their knowledge of project financials.
