Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead design
development and ensure successful project delivery from concept through
construction, maintaining design excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead
  architectural design from concept to completion
• 
  Prepare
  and review drawings, specifications, and 3D models
• 
  Coordinate
  with engineers, consultants, and contractors
• 
  Ensure
  design integrity during construction phases
• 
  Conduct
  site inspections and monitor project progress
• 
  Ensure
  compliance with design standards and regulations

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s
  or master’s degree in architecture

Experience Required

• 
  6–10
  years of UAE experience in architectural design and project management

Skills Required

• 
  Proficiency
  in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and design tools
• 
  Strong
  project management and coordination skills
• 
  Attention
  to detail and design accuracy
• 
  Strong
  communication and leadership abilities

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• 
  Experience
  in large-scale construction projects
• 
  Knowledge
  of local authority regulations

Industry Preference

• 
  Construction
  / Real Estate / Architecture
