Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate in-house teams and outside consultants on complex projects
• Oversee construction review and contract administration
• Help shape and refine internal policies, procedures, and studio systems
• Contribute to the firm's overall direction and quality standards

Must-haves:

• Architecture degree
• Licensed member of the OAA (or another provincial association)
• 10+ years of architectural practice
• Strong CAD and Revit skills
• Solid working knowledge of local construction systems and detailing, including sustainable design integration
• Experience with City of Ottawa development and permit processes
• Strong judgment, creativity, and organizational skills

Nice-to-haves:

• LEED, WELL, or similar sustainability credential
• Working ability in French
• Genuine enthusiasm for design and project delivery

Work style: Hybrid, Ottawa, ON Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000
