Job Description

Solution Design & Delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Coupa implementations across Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable Coupa configurations aligned with best practices.

  • Design and document solution blueprints, including process flows, configurations, and integration maps.

  • Oversee configuration, testing, deployment, and hyper care activities.

  • Collaborate with Coupa and integration teams to ensure seamless data flow with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).

Integration & Technical Ownership

  • Design and guide integrations using Coupa Link, APIs, and middleware (Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.).

  • Define interface architecture, data mapping, and transformation logic.

  • Ensure system performance, security, and compliance in integration design.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with business process owners, procurement leaders, and IT teams to ensure alignment of the Coupa solution with enterprise goals.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for Coupa capabilities, roadmap, and procurement transformation.

  • Conduct solution workshops, demos, and executive briefings.

Practice Development

  • Mentor consultants and configuration leads in Coupa modules and procurement process knowledge.

  • Contribute to reusable assets, templates, and accelerators for practice scale-up.

  • Sales enablement sessions

  • Conduct GTM activities to generate pipeline

  • Support presales and proposal solutioning for new client opportunities.

  • Coordinate with Coupa

Qualifications

  • 15+ years overall experience in Procurement / Source-to-Pay domain.

  • 5+ end-to-end Coupa implementations as a Solution Architect or Senior Functional Lead.

  • Strong expertise across Coupa modules (Procurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management, Expenses, CLM, Sourcing).

  • Proven experience with Coupa integrations to ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite) and external systems.

  • Experience with integration tools like Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Coupa Link preferred.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent

  • Coupa Certified (Implementation Professional / Integration Specialist / Admin)

  • PMP, CIPS, or equivalent Procurement/Project certifications – added advantage.
