We are the Cross Functional Services team at Fresenius Digital Technology.

Our Mission: We enable efficient work and strategic decision making within Global Infrastructure. We improve efficiency & collaboration across GI Towers by facilitating, supporting, driving and measuring cross tower processes and offering cross tower services.

We are looking for a senior AI professional who combines strategic thinking, architectural expertise, and hands-on engineering skills to support the evolution and adoption of AI capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem. You are responsible for connecting business needs, technology strategy, and practical implementation to enable scalable and sustainable AI solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• Advise management, product owners, and stakeholders on AI opportunities, technology adoption, and implementation approaches within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

• Contribute to the development and evolution of the target architecture for AI capabilities in ServiceNow.

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, models, and technical solutions and provide clear recommendations for decision-making.

• Develop prototypes, proofs of concept, and reference implementations to validate technical feasibility and business value.

• Build integrations between ServiceNow AI capabilities and enterprise platforms using reusable patterns and best practices.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solution proposals and practical recommendations.

• Support delivery teams in resolving complex AI-related technical challenges and transitioning validated concepts toward production-ready solutions.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Enterprise Architecture, Service Management, Security, and Platform teams to ensure alignment with organizational standards.

• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing, and promote consistent AI capabilities across teams.

Your qualifications:

• Several years of experience designing and implementing enterprise AI, automation, or agentic solutions.

• Practical experience with agent frameworks, orchestration concepts, MCP, and enterprise integrations.

• Software engineering experience with Python, APIs, cloud technologies, and modern development practices.

• Several years of experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

• Experience with ServiceNow AI Agents, Now Assist, automation, or workflow orchestration technologies.

• Experience evaluating platforms, products, and implementation approaches, ideally in regulated enterprise environments.

• Knowledge of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.

• Ability to communicate complex technical topics effectively to management, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

• Business fluent German and English (written and spoken).
