We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to lead the design and execution of industrial and commercial projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong design capabilities with project coordination and technical expertise to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

As an Architect, you will be responsible for developing innovative and functional design concepts, coordinating project activities, and ensuring seamless integration between design, engineering, and execution teams. You will play a key role in managing project deliverables, maintaining design quality, and ensuring projects are completed in line with client expectations, timelines, and industry standards.

The position offers the opportunity to work on diverse domestic projects while contributing to the successful delivery of large-scale industrial and commercial developments.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, and construction documentation for industrial and commercial projects.
• Lead architectural design activities from conceptual planning through project execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with design standards, building regulations, codes, and project requirements.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and design milestones effectively.
• Oversee design integration across various disciplines to ensure consistency and coordination.
• Participate in client discussions, design reviews, presentations, and project meetings.
• Monitor project progress and address design-related challenges proactively.
• Support project management activities, including planning, coordination, and quality control.
• Utilize modern architectural tools and technologies to enhance project efficiency and accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes, workflows, and project execution practices.
