The Role

The Senior Architect (Concourse C Lead) will lead architectural design delivery for Concourse C or similar aviation facilities. The role is responsible for managing design teams, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs, and ensuring high-quality, compliant design outcomes across large-scale aviation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the architectural design team for Concourse C works.
• Oversee design development from concept through detailed design.
• Coordinate architectural design activities with MEP, structural, and infrastructure disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with aviation standards, authority requirements, and project briefs.
• Review and approve design deliverables, reports, and presentations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related discipline.
• 15+ years’ experience in architectural design for large-scale projects.
• Proven experience leading architectural design teams.
• Direct exposure to Concourse C or similar airport terminal facilities.
• Strong experience in design coordination and stakeholder management.

Key Knowledge and Skills

• Expert knowledge of architectural design principles for aviation projects.
• Strong multidisciplinary coordination and interface management skills.
• Proficiency in design reviews, technical approvals, and quality assurance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team mentoring capabilities.
