Must have aquatics and service-driven management experience.Responsible for assisting in the management and training of all school staff. Comprehensive training program for all candidates. Must be able to work some nights and weekends. Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for assisting in the management and training of all school staff. Comprehensive training program for all candidates. Must be able to work some nights and weekends.
• Must be willing to teach swim lessons

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have aquatics and service-driven management experience.
• Must have prior swim instruction experience

Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour Quarterly Bonus*

About Us

American Swim Academy has been teaching the Bay Area to swim since 1973. Our goal is to promote water safety, comfort, and stroke technique for all ages and all abilities. Year-round and small class ratios offer personalized instruction, 7 days a week. Our indoor pools are heated to a comfortable 92° and have been designed specifically for swim instruction
