The Opportunity

The Senior Application Analyst is a technical and functional resource supporting Wolf’s enterprise applications. You will be primarily accountable for Octave Attune EAM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O), and will support Azure DevOps, Power BI, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure, and related technologies.

Working with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners, the role translates business needs into secure, reliable, integrated, and supportable solutions across application support, enhancement delivery, reporting, automation, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Application Ownership and Support:

• Provide functional and technical support for Octave Attune EAM, D365 F&O, and assigned enterprise applications
• Serve as an escalation point for incidents, defects, integrations, and performance issues
• Investigate root causes, coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors, and communicate status and business impact to stakeholders
• Configure and enhance applications in accordance with business requirements, vendor guidance, security standards, and supportability expectations
• Plan application upgrades, patches, release testing, UAT, regression testing, and production deployments
• Maintain application roadmaps, technical documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures
• Monitor application health, licensing, capacity, vendor performance, and support trends to improve reliability and user experience

Solution Delivery and DevOps:

• Manage application changes from intake through deployment and post-implementation support using Azure DevOps for work items, requirements, defects, releases, source control, documentation, and pull request approvals
• Support disciplined DevOps practices, including environment management, deployment controls, release traceability, and continuous improvement
• Coordinate developers, vendors, SMEs, and testers; manage required development tools and environments; and confirm production readiness, support hand-offs, training needs, and rollback or contingency plans

Microsoft Platform, Reporting, and Automation:

• Support and enhance Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft 365, Azure, and related Microsoft solutions with appropriate environment, access, security, lifecycle, support, and production governance
• Develop or coordinate reports, dashboards, workflows, low-code solutions, and self-service analytics that improve insight, efficiency, ownership, controls, and support standards

Qualifications and Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Technology Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Certifications in Dynamics 365, Octave, Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, Azure DevOps, ITSM, or solution architecture are assets

Experience

• 7 + years of progressive experience supporting, enhancing, or delivering enterprise business applications.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP and enterprise asset management platforms; hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Octave Attune EAM is preferred
• Experience managing incidents, enhancements, releases, upgrades, testing, integrations, and vendor-supported production solutions
• Experience with Azure DevOps, structured application delivery, release management, and SDLC practices
• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, enterprise application integrations, data mapping, interface monitoring, data validation, error handling, and technical troubleshooting
• Experience analyzing business processes, defining requirements, and implementing supportable solutions with stakeholders

Skills

• Business analysis skills include process mapping, requirements elicitation, gap analysis, impact assessment, user stories, and clear functional and technical specifications
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across multiple systems and support partners
• Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable, secure, and supportable solutions across applications, integrations, reporting, and Microsoft platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with end users, leaders, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners
• Ability to manage competing operational priorities and project commitments
• Sound judgment, attention to detail, accountability, and a collaborative approach to delivery and support
• Ability to manage vendor and implementation partner relationships, support tickets, estimates, deliverables, service levels, and solution supportability
• Working knowledge of application security, role-based access, data and reporting governance, integration patterns, semantic models, dashboard lifecycle management, data quality, and enterprise architecture principles
