Job Responsibilities:

• As an expert in the company's component test products or solutions, provides responsive and in-depth pre and post-sales technical support including measurement, application and configuration. Applications include active/passive component tests, compliance tests, impedance analysis, and material measurement.
• Understand and resolve customers' technical inquiries via remote channels such as phone, email, portal, etc.
• Performs research which may include replicating customer's issue in the lab and/or working with R&D to find resolution.
• Delivers start-up assistance or solution implementation to the customer via remote means.
• Qualifies and refers sales opportunities for hardware, software, and services to the Sales team.
• Creates and contributes technical articles to the company's knowledge base.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential due to the need to support the Greater China business.
• Bachelors/Master/Dr. Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Typically, 10+ Years Experience in using Test & Measurement instruments for Component Test such as Vector Network Analyzer and impedance tester. Excellent understanding in microwave component test, compliance test and impedance analysis and material measurements.
• Strong communication skills and possesses the ability to interact with a wide variety of people, and able to discuss and explain complex issues remotely.
• Possesses a customer-first mindset with the passion to serve customers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Remuneration:

MYR 13,000 - MYR 16,000
