Industry: Electrical & Mechatronics Engineering

Location: Central

Working Hours: Monday Friday, Office Hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical solutions for inverters and drives.
• Perform site troubleshooting and commissioning of low-voltage (LV) drives.
• Organize and conduct in-house technical training sessions for the Sales and Marketing teams.
• Deliver technical trainings and seminars for consultants and end-users at their premises.
• Assist the sales team in expanding the regional distribution network.
• Prepare bill of materials based on tender specifications.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in handling low-voltage electrical products such as drives, motors, and PLCs (preference for VFD experience).
• Hands-on experience providing technical solutions in pre- and post-sales stages.
• Strong site troubleshooting and application skills.
• Project management skills are a plus.
• Confident in conducting technical training sessions and presentations for partners and customers.
• Strong sales attitude with a willingness to support the sales team.
• Solution-oriented mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
