We’re looking for a Senior Application Engineer who combines strong software engineering skills with business understanding to design, build, and operate enterprise applications, workflow solutions, and data-driven products that support critical financial and operational processes.
About the Role
As a Senior Application Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise applications that support business-critical financial processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, product owners, and engineering teams to transform complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and user-focused solutions.
This role combines software engineering, workflow automation, data engineering, and solution architecture. You will design and develop applications, automate business processes, integrate enterprise systems, and build data-driven capabilities that improve operational efficiency and transparency.
You will work across a modern technology landscape that includes Palantir Foundry, Camunda, Python-based services, APIs, cloud technologies, and other enterprise platforms depending on business needs. While experience with Palantir Foundry is highly valued, we welcome engineers with experience in comparable modern platforms who are eager to learn.
About the Team
The Tech & Data Management team consists of professionals located in Zurich, Bratislava, and Kansas City. We develop and operate technology and data solutions that improve operational efficiency, strengthen resilience, and support critical financial and business processes.
We combine expertise in data engineering, analytics, software engineering, and solution architecture to deliver business value across a diverse enterprise technology landscape.

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between [EUR 2,800] and [EUR 4,600] per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
