The Senior Professional, Application Development job owns complex application changes from technical refinement through production support. The role combines hands-on development, component-level design, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, troubleshooting, and incremental modernization.Success requires strong coding and debugging skills, practical cloud and data experience, and the judgment to select implementation approaches, communicate tradeoffs, and escalate cross-product or enterprise architecture decisions to the appropriate partners.
