  • Ongoing Full Time
  • Clerk Grade 9/10
  • Package up to $161,698 pa. Package includes salary range ($129,464 pa to $142,665 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
  • Pyrmont (Wednesdays) Greenacre (based on customer demands) with hybrid working encouraged

As a Senior Application Developer, you will lead the design and development of complex SAP Asset Maintenance solutions within a large-scale SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment.

You’ll work on end-to-end solutions that support asset reliability and operational readiness, balancing technical excellence with real-world business needs. This role offers the opportunity to tackle interesting, non‑trivial SAP challenges, influence solution design, and collaborate closely with both technical peers and operational stakeholders.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Designing and delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable SAP Asset Maintenance solutions
  • Providing technical leadership across complex enhancements, integrations, and system improvements
  • Working in a collaborative, supportive team that values flexibility, trust, and knowledge sharing
  • Contributing to solutions that directly enable organisational outcomes in a frontline emergency service context

About you:

You are an experienced SAP professional who enjoys solving complex problems and seeing your work make a real difference.

You bring:

  • Extensive experience designing, configuring, and implementing enterprise‑grade SAP solutions, including custom developments, complex integrations, and system enhancements
  • Proven expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), with solid knowledge of integrated modules such as MM, FI/CO, PP, HR, or QM, enabling you to design cohesive, end‑to‑end solutions
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate at all levels of the organisation and translate business needs into effective technical solutions
  • A self‑motivated approach, with the confidence to work independently while taking ownership of outcomes
  • A genuine enjoyment of working as part of a friendly, supportive team—whether collaborating on solutions or catching up over a team lunch (yes, Wednesdays are a thing)

Essential Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and or equivalent experience
