We are looking for a hands-on Senior API Integration Engineer to join our team and help build scalable integrations between our platform and enterprise systems used by global clients.
In this role, you will design and implement API-driven integrations connecting CRMs, contact center platforms, ITSM systems, and other enterprise applications. You will work closely with product, engineering, and client technical teams to deliver reliable and production-ready integrations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with APIs, system integrations, and solving complex technical challenges in enterprise environments.
