Responsible for all fixed accounts analysis to ensure that all entries are accurate, align with the generally accepted accounting principles, reconcile advances suppliers/employees, and prepare Journal Entries for reclass, accruals, and a variety of information.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Monitor/Analyze fixed cost accounts daily.
· Reconcile Advances Suppliers/Employees balances
· Monitor and reconcile open items or unpaid transactions
· Responsible for the preparations of Journal Entries for reclass.
· Review/Analyze fixed cost accounts and Prepare month-end accruals for month-end closing
· Works closely with Accounting Manager for monthly and annual closed processes.
· Responds to inquiries from management and colleagues relating to his/her area of concern.
· Assist with other projects and/or tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate or any business-related course.
· At least 2 years experience in subsidiary/general ledger accounting or similar.
· Great verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with workers of all levels throughout the company.
· Strong analytical skills
· Effective problem-solving skills to identify and correct financial discrepancies.
· Ability to handle confidential information in a discreetly professional manner
· Exceptional attention to details
· Must have strong work ethics
· Eye for detail accuracy is imperative
· Proficient in any Accounting Software and MS Excel and Word
· Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
