  Develop and maintain high-performance, reusable,
  and scalable Angular applications.

  Conduct thorough performance profiling and
  optimization of front-end code and application workflows.

  Lead efforts in identifying and resolving
  architectural and performance bottlenecks.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX,
  Backend, DevOps) to define and execute project strategies.

  Create and implement strategies to overcome
  development setbacks, whether technical or process-related.

  Mentor junior developers and conduct code
  reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

  Stay current with evolving Angular best
  practices, emerging technologies, and front-end trends.

  Ensure cross-browser compatibility,
  responsiveness, and accessibility across all UI features.

  Maintain and improve codebase with a focus on
  long-term maintainability and performance.

  Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and
  technical documentation.

Requirements

• 
  9–10 years of overall software development
  experience, with 5+ years in Angular (v10 and above).
• 
  Proven expertise in Angular performance
  optimization, lazy loading, change detection strategies, and bundle size
  reduction.
• 
  Solid understanding of RxJS, component
  lifecycle, state management (NgRx or similar), and modular design.
• 
  Experience in profiling tools like Chrome
  DevTools, Lighthouse, WebPageTest, etc.
• 
  Deep understanding of RESTful API integration,
  authentication methods (OAuth2, JWT), and security best practices.
• 
  Strong problem-solving skills with a proven
  track record of navigating and overcoming development setbacks.
• 
  Ability to define and communicate technical
  strategies to stakeholders and development teams.
• 
  Experience with unit testing (Jasmine, Karma)
  and end-to-end testing (Protractor, Cypress).
• 
  Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and agile
  methodologies is a plus.
• 
  Excellent communication and collaboration
  skills.
