In this role, you’ll work on high-impact product challenges that directly affect Bolt users worldwide. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA to deliver a world-class Rider app experience. As a Senior Engineer, you’ll own Android features end-to-end, influence technical direction, and help raise the bar for engineering excellence across the Android platform.

Our tech stack: Kotlin, Coroutines, Flow, Dagger 2, Retrofit , Glide, Room.

• <point>Deep expertise in the Android platform, including SDK internals, application lifecycle, and the broader Android ecosystem, with strong proficiency in Kotlin, Coroutines, and Flow.</point>
• <point>Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and modern Android architecture patterns such as Clean Architecture, dependency injection and MVVM/MVI.</point>
• <point>Experience building robust, production-ready applications with comprehensive unit and UI testing using tools like JUnit, Espresso, and Compose Test.</point>
• <point>Comfortable owning features end-to-end, independently driving initiatives, and delivering high-quality solutions with reliability, autonomy, and attention to detail.</point>
• <point>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional, product-driven teams and contribute to a positive engineering culture through knowledge sharing and mentorship.</point>
• <point>Growth-oriented and solution-driven mindset, embracing feedback, continuous learning, initiative, adaptability, and a strong “get-it-done” attitude in fast-paced environments.</point>
